Joseph was born in Nassau, Bahamas but is a descendant of the Hamiltons from Lorimers/Bambarra, Middle Caicos. He is a Turks and Caicos Islands Belonger and was educated in Nassau and North Carolina and holds a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting. Joseph's working experience ranges from the Hotel and Tourism Industry to the Service Industry. He is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Network Member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
Gwendolyn Hamilton-Claude - 1st Vice President
She graduated from the Norman Manley School of Law with a Certificate in Legal Education, University of Buckingham with Honors in LL.B, Bowie State University with a BA in Business Administration (Magna Cum Laude), and the College of the Bahamas with an Associate Degree in Business Administration. She is a Senior Counsel and Attorney at Law, and Notary Public. Her working experience includes management positions at All star Family Karate & Jujitsu Center and Paramount International Coin Corporation. She also served in several managerial positions in the Hospitality Industry and Offshore Trusts. As an Attorney-at-law, she specializes in conveyancing, civil, company, labour, succession, family, and probate. She is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Network Member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Gwendolyn operates in both the Bahamas and Turks & Caicos Islands.
Arthur Hamilton Jr. - 2nd Vice President
Arthur Jr. graduated from Northland Community and Technical College Minnesota with an Associate Degree in Business Administration. He also attended Florida State University where he was a member of the Florida Seminoles Football team. He is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Network Member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
Arthur W. Hamilton - Director/Secretary
He graduated, amongst others, from the University of Buckingham with a law degree, the Eugene Dupuch Law School with a Certificate in Legal Education, and City University Los Angeles with Bachelors in Business Administration and Economics and a M.Sc. in Economics. He holds several other professional designations such as FAA and FCA. His working experience includes several positions with the Bahamian Government, several managerial positions in the Banking and Finance industry and executive positions at major hotels and resorts. His attention is now focused in the real estate industry in the Turks and Caicos Islands where He has been residing since 2003. He is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Network Member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). Arthur was employed with ERA as a Real Estate Agent from 2003-2004.
Cynthia Hamilton-Rahming - Director/Financial Comptroller
Cynthia is an Accountant by profession and is a Fellow of the Institute of Administrative Accounting and Data Processing in England. She also holds several other professional accounting designations. Her working experience spans more than 40 years in Hospitality Industry. She is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Network Member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR). She is an accountant by profession. She graduated from CAST in Jamaica majoring in accounts. Her experience includes being a Trust Accountant at City Bank and Proprietor of Smith and Sons Seafoods. Helen is also an Ordained Evangelist and an Ordained Minister of the Gospel by vocation. Jennifer Hamilton-Colebrooke - Director
Jennifer was born in Nassau, Bahamas but is a descendant of the Hamiltons from Lorimers/Bambarra, Middle Caicos. Jennifer received her primary and secondary education in Nassau. Among the tertiary institutions Jennifer attended were; the Career Academy in Milwaukee Wisconsin where she was certified as a Dental Technician, St. Augustine's College - Raleigh, North Carolina where she obtained her B.Sc. in Medical Illustration from the Atlanta University Centre, Clarke College, and Wisconsin County Technical College where she obtained her certification in Early Childhood Education and Infancy Development. Jennifer also flew with Bahamasair as a stewardess for many years. Along with her other accomplishments, she is the owner of "I Can Read Academy Pre-School" in the Bahamas. She is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) Network Member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR).
Daphne Hamilton - Director
Daphne serves as Pastor of Be Healed Revival Time Tabernacle, Nassau, Bahamas. She has been in the Ministry for over 30 years – as Missionary, as Evangelist, as Assistant Pastor. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry from St. Augustine’s College, North Carolina. She did further studies at the University of Bruxelles and at the University of the West Indies Medical Faculty. Pastor Hamilton is also a teacher and has been teach Math in the Bahamian School System for many years.
Dr. Roland T. Hamilton M.D., M.DIV., C.P.E. - Director
The Rev. Fr. Dr. Roland Theodore Hamilton was born in Nassau, Bahamas, to Royal Colonus and Geraldine Hamilton. He is the grandson of William Colonus Hamilton of Lorimers / Bambarra, Middle Caicos. He is a Turks and Caicos Island Belonger /Citizen.
Dr. Hamilton received his early education at the Bahamas Government's
primary and secondary educational institutions. He then attended Queen's
College Secondary High School where he graduated with nine London
General Certificate of Education, Ordinary Level Subjects. He then
enrolled in Saint Augustine's College, Raleigh, North Carolina where he
graduated Magnum Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He then
journeyed to the Medical Faculty of the University of the West Indies,
Mona, Jamaica, where he graduated as a Medical Doctor with a Bachelor
Degree in Surgery and a Bachelor's Degree in Medicine. He is the Proprietor of Ham-Rapp Medical Centre -Walk -In- Clinic in the Bahamas. The Rev. Fr. Dr. Hamilton is a Medical Doctor by profession and a Priest, after the Order of Melchizedek, in the One Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church by vocation. He is also a Certified International Property Specialist (C.I.P.S.) Network Member of the National Association of REALTORS (N.A.R.)
Kevin Hamilton - Director
Kevin is an entrepreneur from birth, Kevin has traveled around the world, including Uruguay and Paraguay. He attended the Government Schools in the Bahamas and Florida Air Academy, U.S.A. He is a businessman and owns and operates Hamilton’s Scooter in Freeport, Grand Bahama, Bahamas.

Aphrodite - is an Ordained Minister of the gospel. She is married to Bishop Uzziah Cooper and they have four (4) children. Aprhrodite is a housewife and enjoys meeting people, counseling and research. She is the last child of Royal and Geraldine Hamilton and a descendant of the Turks & Caicos Islands.
